ABOUT OUR COMPANY

A place for artists to grow.

Out of the seeds of the classic drama canon comes every radical contemporary piece you know and love.

Our idea for The Orchard House first came up in discussion after a Saturday acting class in West Hollywood. We wanted to create a place for actors to do challenging work and for writers and directors to push the bounds of what art can mean today.

We are a woman-led company with an appetite for radical and human works of art, cherry-picked to show the depth of the humanity around us.

Our Mission

The Orchard House strives to create innovative and original works through the exploration of new perspectives and total immersion. We welcome all forms of new work, classical pieces, and art in its full totality.

Similar to our name, our company is based on a philosophy of abundance. We accept a plethora of ideas, foster the working relationship between the art and artist, and aim to be a sanctuary for new ideas. Our desire to bridge the gap between art and humanity facilitates our openness for collaboration. No idea is too small or too big. We are driven by the belief that all art connects to the human existence and can transform our way of thinking through celebration, transformation, and reflection.
